Toni is a CCSU Certified Human Resources Professional and Air Force Veteran. With over 23 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources.
Toni has worked for DYMO Corporation, a global manufacturing leader. She served as the Human Resources Manager responsible for the global call center, the global recruiting department and senior members of the global marketing and sales departments.
Toni has served as Human Resource Manager at two premier Non-Profit Organizations, Sarah Inc. and Continuum of Care, both organizations catering to clients with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental behaviors. Toni’s expertise extends into training and development, employee relations, benefits administration, FMLA/Workers Compensation, on-boarding, payroll, and Employment Law.
